Frame plates and step codes are mainly used to allow man-down operations view the location information/bar codes of the high up beams.

Features:

Frame plates are normally produced on a rigid plastic and fixed to the upright. Depending on the type of upright the base material may vary between 0.25 mm (250 microns) and 1.5 mm (1500 microns).

If there are a lot of levels, for ease of reading we can break up the data, by having different coloured backgrounds.

A bar code with an x factor of 0.5mm is suitable for most standard readers, thus removing the requirement for a long range reader

The rigid plastic substrate covers any holes in the uprights without problems

If there is room on your beam for extra labels we can produce a step code for the upper levels

A step code is normally more cost effective than a frame plate. .

End of aisle plates are usually manufactured with 1.5 mm plastic suitable for most applications. Different thicknesses are available for larger sizes or special fixings.
